PURCHASES

Payment: In order to use our Products, you will make payment using a payment method made available to You. We may direct you to our trusted payment service providers’ websites. Refund Policy:

In this case you should contact us on email support@bekenet.com within 15 days of purchase and provide data of Teamviewer to enter to your PC. We will check our product on your account. If the expert advisor is not opening trades, we’ll refund your money within 7 days using the same payment method by which the purchase was made. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 15 days old after purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe that you want to get our Products fraudulently.
